Meet Taneka Rubin

Former Professional Basketball Player (Overseas), Championship Coach, Author, Youth Development Expert

Taneka Rubin knows what it takes to build champions. From overcoming a career-threatening ACL injury in high school to earning her education on scholarship from Glendale Community College to Florida A&M University to the University of East London, Taneka has lived the journey from adversity to excellence.

Today, she serves as Student Athlete Development Coordinator at Montverde Academy (one of the top schools in the nation), where she created the Soar to Success program for high school student-athletes. Taneka also serves as Director at PGC Basketball and Assistant Coach for the Montverde girls' basketball team.
