Meet Taneka

Taneka Rubin, the founder of the Winners Win Movement™, is a former professional basketball player, national basketball championship-winning coach, and student-athlete development expert.

A theme from Taneka’s life is that of a Life Winner. Resilience, determination, and passion were critical factors throughout Taneka’s basketball career.

After tearing her ACL as a high school senior and overcoming countless challenges, Taneka went on to play Division I basketball and enjoy a successful professional career in Europe.

She pours that same ethic and effort into student-athletes, developing the mindset, habits, and leadership skills they need to succeed.

A natural progression of Taneka’s life is the Winners Win Movement™, where student-athletes learn how to think, lead, & win.

The Winners Win Movement™ exists to raise up the next generation of student-athletes.

Through her Winners Win books, CHAMP curriculum, and engaging programs, like the Winners Win Cohort, Taneka is on a mission to equip athletes to thrive in their sport, in the classroom, and in life.
